Viognier Belvento 2021

Petra’s Belvento line includes wines made with typical vine varieties of the coastline; wine making is kept simple to enhance the most authentic and sincere character of the coastal wine region of Tuscany. In particular Viognier vines are planted in vineyards with clay and sand with some limestone rocks in the Val di Cornia.

The free-run must is fermented in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature. Then the wine ages for a few months in the bottle.
