Vermentino Poggio ai Ginepri 2021
Poggio ai Ginepri is the wine-growing area bordered by the Aurelia, the historic entrance to the Argentiera Estate. Here the soils are sandy of ancient Aeolian origin and the sea is less than 800 meters from the first plants. A soft pressing is applied to the harvested grapes to preserve their aromas, followed by a low temperature fermentation. At the end of the transformation, the wine is then left to age for a certain period in contact with its own fine lees, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is an example of this varietal in full marine expression, fruit, iodized notes and freshness of drink are the characterizing points of this bottle.
