Valpolicella 2021
It is the young red wine of the Valpolicella tradition, fresh and fruity, produced by Tommasi since 1902. It can also be served lightly chilled in summer because it is soft and las low level of tannins and is very versatile in food pairing. It is produced only with traditional native grapes of the province of Verona such as Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, grown in selected vineyards and vinified in a very simple way to be on the market already 6 months after the harvest and to be appreciated in all its liveliness.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature with short maceration on the skins. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages in steel for a few months before being bottled.
