Valle d’Aosta Chambave Muscat Flétri 2016

Chambave Muscat Flétri is a fine wine produced in the Middle Valley with dried Muscat grapes. The wine has a rich varietal aroma and is distinguished on the palate by the freshness and minerality given by the alpine environment.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are left to dry in boxes for 3 months. At this point they are crushed and subjected to a cryomaceration for 36/48 hours. Finally the free-run must ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in steel for over a year.
