Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Luxury Collection

The Prosecco Brut of the Mionetto Luxury Collection line is proposed in a renewed bottle with a precious and contemporary design. The sparkling wine is precious and contemporary as well; it comes from the most suitable vineyards of Prosecco, those of the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene, on the steep hills that have become Unesco heritage; it is produced in the Brut version, with a low dosage, that is, it has a dry and straightforward taste. It is taken care of at every stage from the management of the vineyard to bottling in order to be an excellent Prosecco.

The base wine is produced by the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats of the purest free-run juice of the Glera grape. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the tank method. Finally at disgorgement it is dosed with less than 12 g / l of sugar.
