Spumante Brut Pievasciata

Pievasciata sparkling wine is original and lively and is suitable for any occasion to toast between meals. It is original to grow Chardonnay in Chianti and the idea of making it a tank method sparkling wine is original too. The result is however exciting, it is easy to drink and has a very refreshing taste. Vallepicciola is a winey in the southern area of Chianti Classico, more precisely it is located in Vagliagli within the township of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Here, in addition to the great Sangiovese, there are also non-native vine varieties such as Chardonnay, which makes up this very lively sparkling wine.

The vineyards are located at 380-420 meters above sea level, in optimal conditions to ensure enough fixed acids necessary for the second fermentation in autoclave with the tank method.
