Spumante Brut Jade

Jade is a dry sparkling wine base on Falanghina, a grape variety typical of Campania. It is light, livery and fragrant, an excellent sparkling wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or between meals.

The base wine is made with alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must in steel vat. The second fermentation occurs in a pressurized tank according to the tank method.
