Sir Passo 2021

Sir Passo is a Tuscan red wine of modern conception, with a clean and expressive contemporary taste. It is produced with an assembly of local and international grapes grown in the Tuscan territory with a mild climate and congenial to the production of great red wines. The vinification is also modern and involves aging in small oak barrels. The wine has an international taste, very fruity but above all it is soft and smooth on the palate and suitable to accompany the typical Tuscan cuisine.

The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented with the skins in stainless steel vats with temperature control. A small amout of grapes is picked late and added to the wine activating a second fermentation, as if it were a “Ripasso”. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures in oak barrels.
