Rum Merser Double Barrel

The Double Barrel Rum by Mercer & Co. is a studied blend of distilled and aged rums from the Caribbean. It has a soft and enchanting taste, which conquers every rum lover. In particular, it is produced with rum from Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica with an aging of at least 12 years. Once imported to England they are blended in the Merser & Co. factory in central London and left to rest for a further 6 months in small oak barrels to harmonize the taste. The rum is called "Double barrel" for this second passage in the barrel. They are then directly bottled from the barrel without further dilution.
