Rosato Poggio ai Ginepri 2021 tenuta argentiera
The sea is less than 800 meters from where the grapes ripen. The soils are sandy and Tenuta Argentiera collects the Syrah and Caberent Sauvignon with which they make this rosé. Poggio ai Ginepri comes from a soft pressing, followed by a low temperature fermentation. At the end of this process, the wine is left to refine on its own fine lees, always in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, so that it acquires greater complexity and pleasantness. Only at that point is it blended and bottled. The result is a beautiful glass characterized by a bright peony pink color. Poggio ai Ginepri is a balanced and fruity rosé wine, very versatile in the glass.
