Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry Luxury Collection

It is a Prosecco DOC from the Treviso sub-area, that is, all the grapes come from the aforementioned Province, where the winery is based; it is part of the Mionetto Luxury Collection, that is the most exclusive sparkling wines of the winery, offered in a bottle with a refined shape and design. It has a very lean and balanced taste that highlights the characteristic aromas of Prosecco. It is versatile and you can uncork it on any occasion for a toast of for an aperitif.

The grapes are gently pressed and the free-run must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to produce the base wine. Then yeasts and sugars are added for the second fermentation in autoclave according to the tank method and it is dosed with 14-17 g / l of sugars to make it balanced and round.
