Prosecco Treviso Extra Dry from the Avantgarde Collection line is a light, fresh and fruity sparkling wine, suitable for any occasion, it is ideal for a toast even between meals. It is produced with Glera grapes grown on alluvial soils in the province of Treviso and is carried out with great precision with the most advanced enological techniques. It has a clean taste, faithful to the Prosecco tradition, which aims to be a simple, pleasant and above all easy-to-drink wine.

The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a pure and delicate must. This ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to produce the base wine. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave with the tank method and the sparkling wine is dosed with 14-17 g / l of sugars.
