Pievasciata Chardonnay 2021

Vallepicciola is a winery in the southernmost area of Chianti Classico, more precisely it is located in the Vagliagli district within the township of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Here, in addition to the great Sangiovese, non-native vine varieties are grown, such as Chardonnay. This lively white wine is in fact made with Chadonnay in purity.

The vineyards are located at 380-420 meters above sea level, in optimal conditions to guarantee delight and freshness to the wine. In this version processed exclusively in steel, the crispiness but also the flavor of the wine are enhanced, thanks to its aging on the fine lees for about 3 months.
