Barbera d'Alba Superiore 2021
The grape variety is 100 % Barbera, trained on guyot, at Morra in Piedmont. The vineyards located in the commune of Castiglione Falletto have an average age of 50 years.
After careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, fermentation takes place in steel vats for about 15 days, followed by ageing in oak casks and barriques for 18 months.
The sip of this wine is characterised by the typical and very pleasant varietal acidity and important tannin.
