Nodo d’Amore 2018 (magnum)

Nodo d’Amore (transl. “Love knot”) is the union of three grape varieties and different wine making methods. It is an innovative project, dedicated to love; it also reminds the family’s coat of arms, in which 3 love knots are represented.

Merlot and Teroldego grapes are dried for 20 days, so as to produce a concentrated must which is added to that of Corvina. Ferrmentation is carried out in steel vats without forced handling, to limit tannic extraction. The wine then ages in new barriques and in large barrels.
