Liquore all’arancia Shrubb J.M.

Schrubb J.M. is a traditional Caribbean liqueur, obtained with aged rum agricole and a flavoring that includes bitter orange peel, brown sugar and local spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, roots and bark. In the Martinique tradition it is not only considered an excellent liqueur but is used in the preparation of drinks, cocktails and also in the cuisine. In fact it is mentioned in many local recipes and every chef of the region uses it in their dishes.
