IOVEM by Bruno Vanzan

Bruno Vanzan is a very famous Italian barman, winner of international competitions and known to the general public for his participation in television broadcasts. In 2019 he created the recipe for an original liqueur, designed above all for mixing, but versatile on occasions of consumption. It is called IOVEM and is composed of grape must, honey, lemon and ginger infusions with the original purple color given by grape anthocyanins. The IOVEM liqueur was named "alcoholic product of the year" at the Bargiornale Barawards award.
