Insoglio del Cinghiale 2021

Insoglio del Cinghiale is a generous and flavorful wine produced on the Tuscan coast, combining the typical Bordeaux blend with a part of Syrah, a grape variety that comes from the Rhone valley. But the real creator of wine are the environmental conditions, under which the grapes ripen. The vineyards are located on gentle hills near the Tyrrhenian Sea in the municipality of Bibbona (Tuscany). They are vineyards surrounded by woods and this favors temperate and windy climatic conditions.

The grapes ferment in steel vat and then the wine ages in barrique for 8-10 months.
