Franciacorta Non Dosato Grande Cuvée Alma

The Grande Cuvée Alma Non Dosato is defined by Bellavista as “the purest side of Franciacorta”. It is the search for an essential, but not minimalist taste, indeed minerality, freshness and elegance are the constituent elements of this Franciacorta. It is produced with grapes from all the estate’s vineyards. Only 15% of the base wines are aged in wood.

The cuvée is based on Chardonnay which guarantees freshness and elegance. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine ages on the lees in the bottle for over 2 years. It is not dosed to express the purity and essentiality of the wine.
