Franciacorta Brut Satèn

Pavò’s Franciacorta Satèn is produced with Chardonnay grown on the highest part of the morainic hills. The Satèn typology is exclusive to the Franciacorta DOCG appellation and is a delicate and silky sparkling wine, which perfectly represents the smoothness of the Franciacorta landscape. It is obtained only with white grapes.

The base wines undergo alcoholic fermentation partly in steel and partly in oak and some of them also undergo malolactic fermentation. In addition, the base wines are aged for a few months in steel and for 6-12 months in barrique. After the second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method, the sparkling wine ages on the lees for at least 30 months.
