Franciacorta Brut Rosé Flamingo
Flamingo wants to be a glamorous sparkling wine already with a pink and black label. It is the reinterpretation of a Franciacorta historically produced by Monte Rossa, the Rosé one. The base wines come from vineyards located in 10 different municipalities with partly moraine and partly sandy and clayey soils. The grapes from the various vineyards are processed separately, they are gently pressed and the free-run must ferments either in steel or in barrique.
For the production of Franciacorta Rosé Flamingo a cuvée is created with wines from the last harvest and 15% of wines from previous vintages stored in the cellar. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method and aging on the lees lasts over 2 years.
