Franciacorta Brut Grande Cuvée Alma

Grande Cuvée Alma is the non-vintage Franciacorta at the base of the Bellavista portfolio. It is made from vineyards with an average age of 25 years in different parts of the Franciacorta area and each vineyard gives rise to a separate base wine. Most base wines ferment in steel, but a part ferments in wood. In addition, for the production of Grande Cuvée Alma both wines from the last harvest and wines from previous vintages stored in the cellar are used.

After the composition of the cuvée, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method and the sparkling wine ages on the lees in the bottle for many months.
