Fernet 25 Fred Jerbis
Fernet is a typically Italian bitter liqueur based on balsamic herbs such as rhubarb and cinchona. The Fratelli Branca made it a successful liqueur in the early 1900s and Fred Jerbis today offers a contemporary and youthful version produced from local herbs grown in Friuli. Fernet 25 is produced from the infusion of 25 different herbs, including mint, saffron, chamomile, licorice, savory, orange, rhubarb and gentian. Furthermore, the liqueur is aged for a long time in chestnut barrels to acquire a particular soft texture and an even richer taste.
