Falanghina Le Sorbole 2022

Le Sorbole is a Campania crisp white wine based on Falanghina grapes. It is a modern interpretation of a light wine to drink young and enjoy for its drinkability and fragrance of the floral and fruity notes.

Alcoholic fermentation of the free-run must occurs in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. It is bottled after a few months with no oak aging, in order to preserve its lively flavors.

Duft: Zitronenschalen, weißer Pfirsich, Wildblumen.

Geschmack: mittelkräftig, ausgewogen, erfrischend.

Suggestions

Er wird von Jugendlichen in mittelgroßen Gläsern geschätzt. Er kann als Aperitif, zu Gemüsegerichten oder Meeresfrüchten serviert werden.
