Dry Gin Ki No Bi Kyoto
Ki No Bi is a fine Japanese Gin produced by The Kyoto Distillery. Launched in October 2016, this spirit immediately received many favors and today it stands as one of the most coveted and refined Gins in the world.
The level of detail is very high, so much so that the choice of the particular pattern (karakami in Japanese) silkscreened on the bottle is an original creation by Kira Karacho, the oldest Karakami atelier in Japan, founded in 1624.
The basic spirit comes from rice, while there are 11 botanicals, including juniper, Iris and Hinoki, to which typical citrus fruits such as Yuzu are added, then Sansho pepper, ginger, green tea, shiso and bamboo leaves.
