Dry Gin Bacûr
Gin was invented by a Dutchman, but its success is linked to the appreciation by the English market. Today Gin is produced in various parts of the world and also in Italy by distilling a hydroalcoholic solution flavored with juniper berries. Bottega selects a series of all-Italian botanicals such as juniper, sage and lemon peel that are macerated for a long time in a hydroalcoholic solution. A double distillation process finally allows Bottega to obtain an elegant distillate with a fine and clean bouquet.
