Chianti Colli Fiorentini 2019
Made from Sangiovese and Colorino grapes, it is the most widespread and representative label of the company. Due to the relatively high location of the vineyards, the grapes ripen slowly. The harvest is done by hand with selection of the bunches and Fermentation and maceration with the skins is carried over for 7 days in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, with gentle pump-overs and daily punchdowns
The aging lasts for 8 months in total. 30% of the wine is aged in large oak barrels, and 70% in stainless steel. After the final bottle aging period of 3 months, it is finally marketed.
