Champagne Zéro Dosage Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Encry’s Blanc de Blancs is a Champagne Grand Cru produced with no dosage, to reveal the potential of the territory of Le Mesnil, one of the main villages of the Côte des Blancs, suited for Chardonnay. The search for essentiality is not a minimalist choice, in fact the Champagne Blanc de Blancs by Encry has a full and decisive taste, with a strong personality, with a sharp and racy taste. The vineyard is managed in the most natural way possible, using organic and biodynamic practices and above all the yields are deliberately low. In the cellar, the winemaking aims to let the taste of the territory express with no wood-aging and no dosage.

The grapes are gently pressed and the free-run must is fermented in stainless steel vats at a low temperature. Malolactic fermentation is prevented. The cuvée is made with 20% of vin de réserve and the maturation in autolysis on the lees is 42 months.
