Champagne Blanc De Blancs Gran Cru
The grapes come from four vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, in the villages of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger. Its peculiarity is that it is not a vintage but a Champagne created by blending two different vintages.
The vinification of each mass of harvested grapes is vinified separately to allow each vineyard to be expressed in the best possible way before assembly. The vinification takes place in wooden vats of 50 hectoliters and then rests on the lees for 5 years.
The result of this meticulous work is a champagne of great complexity which, thanks to its great elegance and creaminess, always manages to amaze those who drink it in the glass.
