Apium Gin is a London Dry developed by an Anglo-Saxon company with boundless experience in the art of distillation. This spirit combines a captivating design with the skillful union of fragrant botanicals, making it a very youthful product.

The name Apium derives from botany, where the Apiacea species also includes coriander. Coriander is the main ingredient, of which only the best seeds from Morocco and Spain are used. Among the botanicals, lavender and juniper also stand out, which give balsamicity and aromatic volume.
