Ansonica Belvento 2021

The wines of Petra’s Belvento line are produced with a simple wine making starting from the typical varieties of the coast; the aim is to express the most sincere and immediate character of the territory of the west coast of Tuscany. The Ansonica vines are grown on clayey-sandy soils with a slight presence of limestone in the Val di Cornia behind the Gulf of Piombino.

The grapes are gently pressed and the free-run must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine ages for at least 3 months in the bottle.
