Bollinger R.D. 2007 (con astuccio)
The Champagne Extra Brut "R.D." by Bollinger is an icon, a bulwark of the world of champagne, the R.D. it is produced only in the great vintages, increasing its fascination and expectation. This wine manages to release elegance, class, refinement of sip and acid tension of an immortal mouth.
For its creation, the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes come from 23 Crus. For the first grape variety, the vineyards used are mainly located in the areas of Ay, Verzenay, Bouzy and Tauxieres; the Chardonnay vineyards are found in Cramant, Le Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Oger and Cuis. In all, it is 71% of Grand Cru and 29% of Premier Cru. The fermentation of the base wines takes place entirely in cask and the refermentation in the bottle with consequent stop on the yeasts lasts three times longer than the minimum required by the disciplinary, reaching 45 months of refinement.
As with the great masterpieces of visual art, everything has been put in the right place by walking on precarious and insurmountable balances.
Light golden color, complex and hinted aromas, dynamic and sumptuous drink, creamy and imperceptible perlage.
For anyone who wants to take an evening to admire art in the glass, this is the bottle they are looking for.
